The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a very quite area, so close to lots of restaurants/shops as well as the historical centre. Outstanding dishes, very central location.

full english breakfast was excellent, staff was immensely pleasant. food was well priced. the irish bar in the hotel had lots of delicious beers, juices and coffee throughout the day. a fully booked venue in syracuse.

Everything was beautiful except the room that definetly should be cleaned.

The whole experience was very delightful, no complaint, would definitely recommend. Staff were humble and also we enjoyed our stay. And it was common, the bathroom - luxury.

Fresh breakfast, absolutely fabulous location, absolutely helpful personnel. Rooms were good standard and comfortable quiet with very unique views. Had nice dainties at Fm Bar, located easy walk to the hotel.

All in all it was an excellent experience and I will be back. The room was fully functional and the hotel was pretty standard, good value. Super beds and climate control, Wi-Fi and television. Absolutely lovely staff, were eager to help. Loved efficient check-in and easy check-out.
